Four-Year Cycles

Your CLTID indicates your four-year cycle group.

At the end of a four-year cycle, in addition to their annual requirements, certified CLTs must also provide proof of completed approved coursework.

To help you track your four-year cycle, we’ve placed all TSC holders into groups assigned with a letter. You can find your assigned group by looking at the first letter of your CLTID on your TSC certification card.

Submitting Paperwork

Group letters make tracking cycle deadlines easier.

In recent years, the TECUnit has made strides in reducing the administrative burden on nationally certified CLTs. At the end of your four-year cycle, you will submit a list of your continuing education activities. You do not need to submit certificates or supporting documentation from Sponsored Events.

You may need to send outstanding paperwork from your completed college coursework (I.e., college transcript) and from any Unsponsored Events (I.e., certificates), but only if you did not do so following those events.

All documentation should be sent to info@tecunit.org.

What Happens Next?

TECUnit staff will compare your list to the Participant Forms provided to us from sponsors. If there are any discrepancies or missing paperwork we will reach out to you. Remember, you should always obtain and keep a copy of your certificates/proof of attendance forms for each CEH activity you attend. These documents are your guarantee to get the credit you earned for the training you successfully completed.

Once all of your requirements are met, your TSC Certification Card will be mailed to you.
